For me, being sexy is about being comfortable in your own skin. Sexy is a mindset. Confidence is a mindset. If you are struggling to feel sexy, start with these three steps.


1. Be mindful of how you speak to yourself. Stop focusing on the things you don’t like about your body and start focusing on the things you love about your body . Remember, where your focus goes, grows!
 

2. Stop comparing yourself to others. 
 

3. Invest in your appearance. Keep in mind this looks different for everybody. For me, this meant getting a gym membership and upgrading my wardrobe.
