Pretty in Pink - Pink Waist Beads

I need these waist beads in every color! I was encouraged to purchase when I started obsessing with the scale & my weight loss. These beads are teaching me to love my body ever step of the way and trust the process. I love how I can track my process with them, I get so many compliments when they are visable but most importantly I feel so confident! So first of all this waist beads are really good quality I have had it for over 8 months and they haven’t break. So I have a double tied around my waist and I also use it as an anklet because I noticed that it was more resistant than most anklets you get from stores. To me these beads are not only for fashion purpose, they are the first determinants of any weight gain or weight lost. While wearing these beads I noticed quickly if I gained weight( it will move higher up on my waist), and If I lost weight( it moves lower down). As you can see it’s just not a fashion statement or confidence boost. It can help you track your body faster than a scale especially because some of your body changes don’t reflect on your mass. I’ll really advised anyone to invest in this quality waist beads.
